Job definition:
The maintenance manager oversees the performance of adjustment operations in production and preventive or corrective maintenance interventions.
Missions and tasks:
- Carry out adjustment operations in production and preventive or corrective maintenance interventions
- Carry out the technical follow-up of the machines and their peripherals
- Advise and train operators in their technical learning
- Make adjustments to assembly means and assist operators during series changes
- Propose process improvements
- Ensure the day-to-day running of the production department in the absence of the production manager
- Manage and participate in technical files concerning production
- Ensure the printing of labels for production
- Reduce machine downtime
- Set up quality procedures and ensure their upgrading with the evolution of the process
- Ensure level 2 quality control
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment similar to that of production on the site
- Safety and environment:
Respect and enforce all the rules in force
· Report any anomalies related to the safety of goods and people and the environment.
- Transmission of information and know-how
- Required profile:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or an equivalent title
- Be certified in electrical accreditation
- Experience in a similar position.
- Languages: Arabic, French, English would be a plus.
- Good command of the office pack (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
- Experience in the electrical field is desirable
